Meet Kasia Sciezka: Coach & Founder of Tiny Zen Academy
As a mother of two a 3 year old son and a 17 year old daughter – my journey as a parent has been shaped by years of growth, learning, reflection, and a deep commitment to providing the best for my children. The time between raising my children has given me an invaluable perspective on parenting, allowing me to recognize areas where I could improve and provide better support for them. This perspective has not only transformed my approach to parenting but also sparked a deep passion for understanding the psychological and behavioral principles that guide positive growth in both children and adults.
I have dedicated myself to understanding the psychology behind emotional and developmental growth, which helps me better support children and families. I’ve also learned that true success doesn’t come from avoiding frustration, but from helping children embrace it as a powerful opportunity for growth. It’s in these challenging moments that children learn resilience, problem-solving, and emotional regulation – skills that serve them throughout their lives.
Through Tiny Zen Academy, I offer support to children, guiding them in navigating the challenges while providing practical tools to cope with frustration and create positive, nurturing environments. In our preschool classes, children are encouraged to collaborate, allowing them to work together, learn to express themselves effectively, and develop empathy and understanding. By fostering empathy, understanding, and cooperation, we help them create calm and productive relationships with others. These foundational skills not only support children’s growth in the classroom but also equip them to navigate the world with confidencebut also lay the foundation for more peaceful and cooperative relationships in the future. My mission is to help parents and children alike find peace amidst the chaos, embracing the lessons that come from every moment of struggle. Together, we can turn those frustrations into opportunities for growth.
